Job Summary | Facilitates records management activities for the University using the Kentucky Model State University Records Retention Schedule and other appropriate regulations. In conjunction with Kentucky state records analysts, participates in records evaluations and in developing additions or changes to the records schedule. Manages the transfer, accessioning, and selected processing of University records of permanent value to the University Archives. In conjunction with the University Archivist, develops and conducts education and outreach activities about records management requirements and processes across the University. Identifies, develops, and documents University records management and archives procedures, functions, and policies. Attends meetings of and reports on state and local records management groups. Continues professional development and undertakes library and professional service. |
