The selected candidate will be appointed to a 9-month non-tenure eligible faculty position for an initial two-year period. The successful candidate will have ten or more years of teaching experience across the undergraduate curriculum, possible courses include Introduction to Psychology, Human Development, Research Methods, and Social Psychology. We are particularly interested in candidates with training in Experimental Psychology. The position involves teaching three to four classes per semester and providing advising and/or mentoring services to psychology majors. We seek applicants with a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate education. The anticipated distribution of effort will consist of 80% teaching, 10% service, and 10% professional development. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to the teaching and service mission of the department, as well as to the department’s commitment to inclusive excellence.
