This is in connection with a H-2B Job Posting:KDE Equine, LLC d/b/a Steve Asmussen Racing Stable in Louisville, Kentucky Phone (502) 631-3343 is seeking 30 Temporary Stable Attendants to: Care for and clean horses. Exercise and inspect them according to instructions. No education required. No experience is required.Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Wednesday to Sunday 5:00AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00PM to 5:00PM; days and hours may vary. Workers are needed to begin work on 04/01/2025 through 10/1/2025.Work will be performed in the Lexington, KY area (Keeneland Race Course). Workers will be paid $15.13 per hour and overtime at a rate of no less than $22.69 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on Thursday (bi-weekly) by check. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses ($15.88 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $59.00 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order (not counting any extensions). In determining the appropriate amount of reimbursement for meals for less than a full day, the employer may provide for meal expense reimbursement, with receipts, up to 75 percent of the maximum reimbursement for meals, or $44.25. The employer may arrange and pay for the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker’s departure, or pay the worker for the reasonable costs incurred by the worker. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).The employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job.
