Maintain calendar and schedule meetings for the director and managers of the center. Manage all financial and personnel functions for the center. Process invoices, maintain logs and ledgers. Provide relevant and accurate budget information and suggestions to the director for use in planning and preparation of budgets. Initiate and maintain all personnel/payroll information and actions. Serve as liaison for the center for interpretation of policies and procedures.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesAccuracy, good organizational skills, attention to detail.
