What We're Looking For:

salary: $17 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

● Run SMT machines

● Visually inspect all boards after processing on the machines.

○ Perform quality inspection with the aid of tools as needed, such as model

boards or Bills of Material (BOM)

● Maintain SMT part stock accurately, ensuring cleanliness and good organization

● SMT pick & place, stencil printer, and reflow

oven.

● SMT first piece verification and program debug, including programming, screen

print stencil development, paste inspect, SMT placement, reflow, and

equipment/material qualifications

● Coordinate with planning on daily basis and execute job optimization for optimal

machine set-up and programming sequences for maximum efficiency

● Actively participate in associated new project's PFMEAs and New Product
