    What you’ll do as a Supervisor of Drafting/Design

  • Supervise all operations to ensure that all designs and surveys are completed in accordance with customer specifications.

  • Maintain productivity for all employees in a remote environment.

  • Provide training for employees working under your direction.

  • Creating, Maintaining and Distributing project documentation.

  • Approving daily reports and time off requests.

  • Validate deliverables against client requirements and facilitate timely handoff.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and employees.

    What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • Work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment

  • Exceptional critical thinking ability

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Interpret and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness

  • Previous telecommunications experience

  • Proven leadership experience
