Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Linwood, NC!

Pay Starting between $95-105k/year

Shift

• 7AM - 4PM, Monday through Friday

• Rotating on-call schedule

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain records of all mechanical work within the designated area.

• Implement strategic directions for plant reliability and maintenance.

• Train and oversee employees, inspect work, assign tasks, drive vehicles, and take disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor work processes to achieve business objectives related to Operating Asset Utilization.

• Maintain Critical Spare parts list and designated inventory.

• Determine the need for outside resources.

• Respond promptly and effectively to mill breakdowns.

• Collaborate with area operators to resolve maintenance issues.

• Investigate equipment failures and recommend long-term solutions.

• Develop preventative maintenance plans.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00

2 Weeks PTO -> Increases to 3 weeks after 2 years of service
