We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our PMA-209. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage and tracks financials across Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Aircraft Procurement Navy (APN-5) and Operations & Maintenance, Navy (OMN) funding lines. Currently, the DI MANGL POR will support the following Marine Corps platforms: MV-22, CH-53K, and KC-130J T/M/S aircraft. It's very likely the list of aviation platforms will grow to include Navy platforms, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and ground platforms.
Duties will Include:
Assist the Lead DI MANGL PA to develop a yearly spend plan to track obligations and executions.
The DI MANGL candidate must possess strong communication skills and be required to coordinate and work closely with the PMA-209 BFMs, Contracts, Cost, Legal, adjacent PMA-209 teams, and their respective platform counterpart.
The DI MANGL PA candidate requires a strong understanding of budget financial policy as related to various appropriations with experience using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) program.
The candidate shall possess the following skills: Cost Estimating and Schedule Analysis Toolset, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistical Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Advanced MS Office Excel Skills.
Additionally, the DI MANGL PA candidate will assist in the development, management and review of contract documents, e.g. Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc., and possess experience using the Acquisition Management System (AMS) tool. Lastly, the DI MANGL POR has significant attention at the General Officer level – MANGL’s success is critical to the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) Force Design 2030 Strategy.
Therefore, the candidate will be required to work onsite in the PMA209 spaces on a weekly basis, i.e. 1-2 days a week.

Required Experience:
- 3 - 10 yrs of combined experience performing duties described.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054.40-$115,625.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
