REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 08/10/2024-11/08/2024. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 6 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Harvest zucchini, harvest cucumbers, hoeing weeds, replanting seeds and field maintenance. Work may begin at daylight. Work is performed during all weather conditions and in temperatures ranging from 10 degrees F to 100 degrees F plus. Work is performed in open fields and may involve exposure to sun, mud, dust, wind, heat, cold, and other natural elements. Workers should come prepared with appropriate clean clothing and footwear for the environmental and working conditions described. Workers should be able to work on his/her feet and/or bent position for long periods of time. Workers must stand, sit, crouch, bend, reach, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds in the course of performing required activities. Workers must listen to, understand, and follow instructions of Company Management, crew leaders and supervisors. Workers will supply his/her own work clothes. Employer will provide tools and equipment. The tools and equipment will be returned to the employer at the end of each task for proper cleaning and sanitation per food safety guidelines.
