Providence St. Joseph Health Associate Program Coordinator *Remote* in Liberty Lake, Washington

Description Providence is calling a Associate Program Coordinator who will work remotely within our footprint states, AK, CA, OR, WA, TX, NM, or MT. This position is responsible for developing best practices with the goal to make patient access processes efficient for the Patient and Caregivers experience. Standard work includes analysis and documentation of existing workflows, use of data to drive discovery work, development of performance tracking tools and to assist in implementing solutions that will improve efficiencies and drive standardization and optimization for Patient Market Experience workflows. The position is primarily responsible for auditing processes and procedures as well as coordination of compliance related information and reporting of highly sensitive HIPAA data. This role also makes recommendations on opportunities for optimization and seeks to bridge gaps across the enterprise. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
