Job Title: Head of Culture & Team (Director of HR)

Job Summary: The Head of Culture & Team will play a crucial role in shaping and nurturing our organizational culture while championing our most valuable asset our people. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be a key member of the Company\'s extended leadership team, offering strategic guidance, providing actionable insights, and delivering execution to drive the company\'s overall success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Culture Development and Alignment:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with the company\'s values and objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Implement programs to support professional growth and development, including training, mentorship, and career progression opportunities.

Employee Relations and Well-being:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters effectively and confidentially, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
  • Develop and implement programs to support employee well-being, including mental health initiatives, wellness programs, and work-life balance initiatives.

Performance Management and Rewards:

  • Lead the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure alignment between performance, recognition, and rewards to motivate and retain top talent.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending adjustments to policies and practices as needed.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.

5 7 years of progressive HR experience, with 1 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives that drive organizational culture and employee engagement.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
