Description of Job:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning our strategic business goals with operational plans through data analysis, collaboration, and effective forecasting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to supply chain management, demand and supply interface, and business decision-making.

Principal Responsibilities:

Key areas:

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to sales, inventory, production, and demand forecasts to inform decision-making.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations) to gather insights and align plans.

  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for demand and supply, considering market trends, historical data, and seasonal variations.

  • Scenario Planning: Create and evaluate different scenarios to assess potential impacts on the business and develop contingency plans.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the business plans and adjust as needed.

  • Communication: Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to recognize problems, potential solutions, and provide recommendations forward.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in integrated business planning, demand planning, or supply chain management

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, forecasting software)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and instructions to be able to lead/facilitate collaborative feeder sessions for IBP

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Math, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Base Salary: The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from:

  • $74,200 to $91,000. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
