PROforma Add-A-Line Account Manager in Lima, Ohio
Reports To: Operations Manager
Summary/Objective:

To provide customer service to clients with a primary focus on print items and printing projects. Prepare quotes, and process orders as needed. Main point of contact for most specific customers and printed house accounts and support all sales staff as needed.

Starting Pay: $18 to $20 hour, depending upon experience.

Job Duties:
* *
- Knowledge of customer base and company printing processes and capabilities
- Work with sales team to provide assigned and overflow accounts with excellent service and information in terms of quality and project turnaround time
- Review print estimates, prepare quotes, calculate pricing and deliver/review proposals
- Work with sales, president and operations manager on all projects

- Good customer service skills/experience (print background is helpful)
- Enthusiastic about helping others
- Focused on selling and achieving high goals
- Basic math skills

- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable managing high volume of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate openly with team and customers

Required Education:

- High school diploma or GED Required. Good computer skills including Microsoft office, specifically Excel are desired
