Now Hiring Retail Sales Associates

We are looking for self-motivated & results-driven Retail Sales Associates *to assist customers in the retail showroom/shooting range facility.*

The successful candidate for this role should possess:

• Strong knowledge of firearms.
• Must be 21 and able to pass a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check as well as drug screenings.
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Basic computer skills required
• Highly organized & attention to detail
• Prior Sales experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work as a member of a team

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform non-management open/close procedures
• Maintain a clean and neat showroom, including a stocked display of merchandise
• Perform sales transactions
• Handle all items in accordance with established policies, procedures and practices
• Communicate effectively with fellow employees and managers & display respect.
• Partner with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
