An Integrated Account Servicing (IAS) QA Senior Analyst at Arvest is responsible for serving as the first line of defense by maintaining the integrity and accuracy of information in the Arvest document file for loans and/or deposits. They handle any of the following: complex deposit quality assurance or complex commercial loan quality assurance. An IAS QA Senior Analyst has a high degree of resourcefulness and accuracy to ensure the bank does not incur financial losses due to incomplete or inaccurate information.

What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

Review and verify critical maintenance documents and corresponding system data to ensure that complex loan and/or deposit accounts, including but not limited to business/commercial, private banking, or time and government deposits, are properly set up and include the appropriate documentation per state and federal regulations and Arvest policy.

Pull reports and review complex loan and/or complex deposit accounts to ensure all required information is included. Determine what updates need to be made and adjust as needed.

Ensure efficient workflow, accuracy of functions and timely and consistentcommunication with the frontline staff, support areas and other sharedservices divisions. Identify potential gaps in processes and communicate those to management.

Work with internal IAS teams or the frontline to ascertain critical information to ensure business/commercial relationships and accounts are fully documented upon origination.

Assign errors in a thorough and accurate manner to ensure departmental quality measurements and associate performance measurements are clearly reflected. Communicate to appropriate bank associates as needed.

Perform all duties within established department Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Provide bank associate support via telephone, email and fax. Provide direction to associates in solving issues, performing research, and evaluating problems to determine best course of resolution.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
