The Mortgage Loan Product Manager role offers a unique professional growth and development opportunity. You will develop, enhance, and manage mortgage loan products from conception to launch and maintenance. The Product Manager will utilize a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, trends, regulatory guidelines, and mandates. Additionally, the Manager will continually keep the needs of the Arvest customers first and foremost in the design, development, and implementation of loan products.
What You Will Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Through market research, identify market needs, trends and competitor products and recommend additional product or service offerings that may result innew sources of revenue for Arvest Bank.
Develop and deliver product and service training content primarily related tointroducing new products and services or changes to existing productsand services.
Lead project teams, as assigned, to implement new or changed products and services and/or to modify policies and procedures.
Manage internal communication related to product and service changes.
Analyze assigned products to determine profitability, including recommendations ofpricing or product parameter changes to maintain adequate revenue streams.
Ensure the online product manual contains accurate and helpful product information.
Prepare and present product introduction, revision, or elimination recommendations to the various committees within the organization.
Perform quality assurance measures to ensure pricing changes and new productsperform as designed.
Collaborate with Arvest Vendor Management regarding the vetting of third-party vendors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the product(s) comply.
Establish strong working relationships with strategic support partners,understanding resources of information critical to success with product analysis.
Participate or lead bank group-level project teams as assigned.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the mortgage industry\'s rapid market changes and technological advancements.
Work with data analytics for profitability coverage.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
May supervise one or more FTEs and fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
