Client Technical Support Specialist

What does a great Client Technical Support Specialist do at Fiserv?

As a Client Technical Support Specialist, you will be a crucial resource in providing technical support to clients and internal Fiserv associates. Your expertise in Precision core AIX servers and associated peripherals will be instrumental in resolving client issues and ensuring their satisfaction. The success of this role directly impacts the relationship our clients have with their customers, making it a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer-focused interactions.

What you will do:

  • Independently handle client calls, issues, and escalations with minimal supervision.

  • Apply strong research and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve reported problems.

  • Thoroughly track, organize, and document all support-related activities.

  • Collaborate with Fiserv clients and associates, guiding them on the features and operation of AIX core processors, applications, and peripherals to maximize their business objectives.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex problems and related inquiries.

  • Deliver professional and timely client communications, providing updates on problems and project status.

  • Cultivate valuable relationships with large bank and high-priority clients to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Perform system administration duties.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience .

  • Minimum of 2+ years in a Customer Service role.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience in the banking or Financial Services industry is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Precision core AIX servers and associated peripherals.

  • Knowledge of the banking or Financial Services industry.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
