Job Title: General Labor Production

Job Description

Shovel and scoop grain dust. Responsible for keeping an assigned area clean. Load and unload grain cars, operate wheel loaders, utilize computer system to process data, perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, dusting, and shoveling to keep equipment clean. Assist maintenance team as needed. Assist with railcar loading and unloading grain and feed. General labor tasks include running a stacker, moving the stacker, and operating a belt that trucks drive on to dump beans into a pit. Must be comfortable working outdoors in various elements, using stairs, ladders, and working at heights. Bobcat/skid steer experience is preferred.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Work Environment

Working on the ADM industrial site with plant assistance. The environment is similar to a farm, with many large buildings, grain bins, and equipment around. Shift hours are from 5am-5pm through 8am-8pm, with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and up to 60 hours a week. Two days off during the week, but not consecutive and not on weekends. The role requires working extremely independently, staying busy, and prioritizing safety. Dress code includes steel-toe boots, jeans, and long-sleeve t-shirts.
