*Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator *Reports to: CEO/Founder *Hours: M-Th, 20 hours per week (Hybrid) *Salary: $$23.00-$25.00/hour (Plus Commission)

*Position Summary The Recruitment Coordinator assists with direct-placement staffing services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *recruiting, HR consulting, training, research, and administrative support. This position will report to the CEO/Founder.

Responsibilities

  • Develops recruiting and direct placement staffing business following company policy
  • Follows recruitment pipeline responsibilities: attends networking events, and sales calls/emails
  • Researches and connects with hiring managers in the areas of administration, management, operations, and legal
  • Performs resume edits and critiques to align with open positions
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, and follows up with clients
  • Assists the CEO/Founder with HR consulting business clientele
  • Handles internal HR functions, including: creating job descriptions, employee records, and workforce grants.
  • Ability to take the lead on projects, streamline processes, and grow in the role
