We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join our production team. The CNC Laser Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine operation, an understanding of blueprints and CAD drawings, and a commitment to safety and precision. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Laser Machines: Set up, operate, and maintain laser cutting machines to meet production specifications and quality standards.

• Interpret Blueprints & CAD Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings, materials, and required processes.

• Programming: Load and edit CNC programs as required to ensure optimal machine operation.

• Quality Control: Monitor finished products, inspecting for accuracy, dimensions, and quality, and make necessary adjustments to meet tolerance requirements.

• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure machines operate efficiently.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and production managers, to meet production goals and deadlines.
