Job Title: RF Test Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for programming software in C/C++ or MATLAB to automate test fixtures, developing test software in Nearfield and Compact Antenna Range, and troubleshooting RF issues during the testing of advanced antenna systems. Your role will also involve supporting technicians with troubleshooting and training, analyzing test data to identify early trends, supporting program meetings to develop root cause and corrective actions, and collaborating with design engineering for hardware and test improvements.

Work Environment

You will be working in indoor and outdoor Antenna Test Range at our campus. Engineers will collaborate with RF design engineers to create test equipment and automated test software to run tests on RF products. The environment includes a mix of lab work and testing at indoor/outdoor ranges. The work will primarily be on cleared programs.
