Join Our Team as a Project Engineer!
Are you passionate about civil engineering and landscape architecture? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment? We're looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our team and make a difference in land development and utility projects.
This position is a hybrid role in the Maryland area.
What You'll Do: You'll design stormwater systems, site grading, and erosion and sediment control for our land development and utility clients. You'll prepare design calculations, reports, and drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D. You'll also develop permit documents, review the work of your teammates, and coordinate with various disciplines across the company.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field from an accredited university
2-6 years of experience in civil engineering or landscape architecture (stormwater, erosion control, and site grading)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and AutoCAD/Civil 3D software.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect
Knowledge of TR20, TR55, and HydroCAD

Benefits & Salary:
Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $83,000 and $115,000 annually and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
