Responsibilities:

• Participate in a contract data base project reviewing various customer contract and lease agreements, entering key contract terms; and

• Perform legal research as needed, and support smaller projects as requested by NELLC’s legal department and other departments requesting legal support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school pursuing a JD or LLM as a first-year law student;

• Interest in pursuing in-house practice;

• Writing sample (from a first-year course);

• Strong grammar, writing, research, and analysis skills; advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and WestLaw/LexisNexis

• Organized, able to manage multiple concurrent assignments, and conscious of strict deadlines and confidentiality requirements; and

• Currently authorized to work full-time in the U.S.

• Ability to work in Lisle 2-3 days a week.Hybrid position.
