International Lead MDM Developer in Lisle, Illinois

We are currently looking for an MDM Developer to join our team! The MDM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with MDM tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement MDM solutions using STIBO platform (preferred)

  • Experience with STEP platform configurations and custom development.

  • Work with business teams and convert requirements to MDM specifications.

  • Design and build matching rules and build integration pipelines into MDM platform.

  • Design, build & maintain complex MDM workflows, tasks, events, gateway, and APIs on MDM platforms and repositories.

  • Build integrations with consuming applications to publish master data.

  • Create documentation for user adoption, deployments, runbook, and support client users for enablement or for any issues encountered.

  • Support data migration and data transformation projects.

  • Work on data synchronization, data enrichment, and data consolidation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 8 years of information systems/information technology experience

  • 1 year of lead experience

OR

  • Master’s degree

  • At least 6 years of information systems/information technology experience

  • 1 year of lead experience

OR

  • At least 10 years of information systems/information technology experience

  • 1 year of lead experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Desired Skills

  • Experience in STIBO STEP Platform capabilities – data ingestion, modeling, data quality/validation, match/merge engine and syndication.

  • Strong development experience with JavaScript and ability to recommend best practices.

  • Experience in configuring and debugging STIBO Portal Components.

  • Hands on experience in configure workflows, integration endpoints and event queues in STEP.

  • Ability to create and maintain different type of hierarchies in MDM Platform.

  • Experience in implementation of data cleanup procedures, transformations, scripts, execution of test plans.

  • Relevant functional business knowledge on customer, dealer, supplier, vehicle, and parts master data domains.
