This position reports to the Senior Director, Lititz Site Lead, and is based in Lititz, PA.

Role reports to: Senior Director, Lititz Site Lead

Location: Lititz, PA.

Travel %: up to 10

What you will do The Director, Make Excellence & Digital is a senior leader at the Lititz manufacturing site. As a strategic site in Kenvue's North America Supply Chain, Lititz's key product portfolio includes Listerine, Aveeno, Neutrogena, Neosporin and more. The Director, Make Excellence & Digital will: * Lead the development and execution of the organization's strategies, goals and objectives. * Drive the overall Digital Transformation by deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. * Partner with the Global Supply Chain and appropriate councils to identify key emerging digital technologies, prioritize digital innovation pipeline of opportunities and drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmap. * Through ownership of Project Management Office (PMO), optimize our entire portfolio to improve costs and resources and maximize benefits while maturing digital capabilities. * Drives associated governance processes to enable continuous improvement, product insourcing, and new product introductions (NPIs). * Act as an internal consultant, influencing decision making and proactively developing solutions to uncover business opportunities and actionable insights driving End-to-End (E2E) business KPIs. * Supports daily business operations and functions as the site Subject Matter Expert for digital, problem solving, and innovation. * Routinely called upon to lead crisis management situations and to function as the Site Leader in his/her absence. * Drives mindset and behavior changes across the site through leadership of various initiatives, capability building, and leadership of change management in line with principles of The Kenvue Way, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing principles. * Defines and aligns site dashboards and scorecards to drive site evolution and maturity. Collaborates across functions internally and externally to achieve E2E alignment. * Leverages advanced analytics, intelligent automation, data science, and other cutting-edge technology to continuously improve processes, enable prioritization and resource allocation to drive greater value and efficiency in overall site portfolio * Functions as a key connector to groups outside of the facility for benchmarking to understand new technologies, and drive innovation at the site to accelerate our competitiveness, agility and digital transformations.

What we are looking for Required qualifications: * A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required; preferably in a technical discipline. An advanced degree is preferred. * A minimum of 10 years of Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehousing, Customer Service and/or related field required * Demonstrated leadership experience is required * Strong analytical skills and professional judgment are required * Strong data visualization and analytical skills including statistical tool knowledge * Strong financial acumen at both plant/business level and department budgetary level * Ability to create effective executive management level presentations, formal reports dealing with both technical and business implications and preparing project plans while identifying and understanding the inter-relationshi s of related disciplines and key activities is required * Ad hoc travel may be required * Flexibility in work hours is required (must be available to return to work outside normal work hours based on demand / business needs)

Preferred qualifications: * Knowledge of an FDA regulated environment is preferred * Six Sigma and/or Lean Certificate (Black Belt or Green Belt) is preferred
