Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Lititz, PA (USA)

Shift: Day shift, 8 hours Monday through Friday with on call availability

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations for facilities and machinery.

• Ensure maximum efficiency and output of production processes.

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

• Implement safety protocols and compliance measures.

Qualifications:

• Relevant technical certification or degree with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the plastics industry (preferred)

• Proven experience in maintenance management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
