Description: Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics company as a Logistics Management Analysis on our Aeronautics Field Sustainment team located at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas.

This position will be the C-130J Inventory Control Point logistics liaison for warehouse operations activities and will be the primary point of contact responsible for process oversight for general warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory management practices in support of program requirements under both normal and expedited operating environments.

Individual will monitor key performance indicators and provide feedback to the customer and Lockheed Martin leadership related to performance and efficiencies. Individual will also apply knowledge of GOLDesp inventory management system to analyze and resolve system issues. Position will require hazardous material training and handling. Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and fluid environment. Other responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze and resolve customer-raised Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues

• Workload Prioritization / Communication / Reporting

• Quality / Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Issues

• Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) support

• HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods shipping and handling

• Shelf-life and Electrostatic Discharge shipping and handling

• Lead Inventory Counts (Sampling/Audits/Reviews)

• Root Cause Initiatives / Process Improvement Initiatives

• Material Survey Support / Equipment Inspections / Product Quarantine Support.

• Experience in Warehousing Inventory and Supply Chain Item Management

• Microsoft Suite Office Suite

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of the following management systems: SAP and GOLDEsp

• Process Hazmat shipping certification(s)

• Knowledge of Performance Based Logistics Concepts

• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience leading a project or team

• Experience with data analysis

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
