Saint-Gobain Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas
Team Members must demonstrate core skills which include understanding Company safety policies, housekeeping standards, statistical process control, following verbal and written instructions, knowing the product line and manufacturing standards, and the essential duties for an assigned workstation.
Essential Duties:
The employee has shown leadership, maintained an excellent attendance and Safety record, work ethic, & attitude.
Employee demonstrates good communication and teaching skills and can interact with contractors, management, and fellow workers.
Employee has demonstrated competence in the core skills and the essential duties of three maintenance crafts: Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics.
Support Maintenance activities in absence of supervision.
Assist in employee training and complete assigned training.
Assist in Inventory, spare part specifications, and tracking of used parts
Assist with routine preventative maintenance planning and complete PM task as assigned
Ability to assist with major maintenance and capital projects planning, design & implementation
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic (PLC) problems and make the needed repairs.
Fabrication & installation of systems
Maintain housekeeping.
Follow all safety policies.
Follow all applicable SOPs and checklists.
Follow all directives given by a supervisor.
Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and solve maintenance craft problems.
Coordinate work activities with fellow employees.
Work overtime as required.
Employees will comply with ALL environmental laws, regulations related to air, water, and waste.
Employees will manage waste, participate in recycling activities, storm water pollution prevention and spill prevention
