The RN Clinical Research Project Manager coordinates multiple research projects and clinical research programs, The RN Clinical Research Project Manager upholds standards for human subjects protection at all times. The RN Clinical Research Project Manager serves as a resource, selected clinical research studies, performance improvement activities.

Description

  1. Assesses, develops, and revises research protocols as appropriate.

  2. Prepares materials for approval by ACHRI and UAMS IRB.

  3. Conducts screening procedures for study enrollment. Recruits subject for participation and obtains consent/assent for research participation

  4. Works with ACRI Clinical Trials and Post Award office to track account activities and resolve discrepancies.

  5. Collects/records subject data on the case report forms using source documentation.

  6. Develops QA schedule for projects, performs QA activities, and develops improvement plans.

  7. Serves as a resource to subjects, families, and team members regarding the study and subject/family needs.

  8. Collaborates with other caregivers, research team members, and subject/family in planning, implementing, and evaluating research activities.

  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
