\ \ Responsibilities\ \

Revolution is now hiring a Shipping Clerk in Little Rock, AR. This role will assist the department in operating efficiently by completing a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the day-to-day duties of the Supply Chain department run smoothly. In addition, this role will work with the Sales and Customer Service department to make sure responsibilities are completed on time and accurately.

  • Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to the shipping status of orders.
  • Handle timely receipt of all freight purchase orders.
  • Prepares presentations, reports and conducts analyses.
  • Scan, save and send Bill of Ladings to accounts payable for processing.
  • Receive and distribute small inbound packages or purchased goods.
  • Assist Supply Chain team in continuous improvement process to improve culture and productivity.
  • Update business practices and participate in audits as necessary.
  • Assist in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs.
  • Backfill for Freight Procurement.
  • Pulling product samples and preparing for shipment to customers.
  • All other ad hoc duties in the office or warehouse as assigned.

\ \ Qualifications\ \ \ \

Equivalent and/or relevant experience in a position with similar job duties and responsibilities. Bachelor\'s degree preferred.

Understanding of ERP system is preferred.

Experience with relevant software systems, including aptitude in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
