Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in LITTLETON, Colorado, for a Bookkeeper. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operations within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of financial transactions

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable effectively

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to monitor cash flow

• Handle month-end close processes diligently

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting

• Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner

• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Bookkeeping skills

• Efficient in Data Entry tasks

• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll systems and processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
