Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager - Retail Construction oversees new store development for the Boost Dealer channel, ensuring timely, aligned openings for sales growth. Reporting to the Real Estate Manager, this role leads Project Managers and coordinates with Real Estate Operations, Business Development, Merchandising, Field Sales, and vendors to improve project efficiency. Requires strong program management experience, leadership, and process improvement skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support approximately 300 retail construction projects annually, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.

  • Streamline processes to reduce time-to-market for new and remodeled stores.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive strategies.

  • Develop and maintain master schedules, coordinating resources with vendors and internal teams.

  • Manage program budgets and analyze costs to identify efficiencies and maintain financial health.

  • Uphold quality standards, compliance, and maintain accurate project data and reporting for strategic insights.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Program Manager, you will have:

Experience

  • 5+ years in Program or Project Management, preferably in retail construction or a related industry, with a record of leading teams and managing multiple projects within a program framework.

  • Proven experience in vendor and stakeholder management, coordinating with multiple parties to meet tight deadlines.

  • Skilled in cross-functional leadership, managing complex schedules across various project phases.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Certifications in Construction or Program Management (PMP, PgMP) highly desirable.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
