Job Summary The Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) at Livermore Ford Lincoln Alfa Romeo is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while facilitating the auto loan and leasing process for customers. The F&I Manager will develop, review, and submit financial product contracts for customers, answer customer inquiries, and follow up on contract processing from outside entities. This is a full-time, base plus commission sales job that requires an individual contributor mindset. Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this role is $15.50 per hour, paid biweekly. An attractive commission plan with performance-based bonuses and incentives is also included in the compensation package. Responsibilities • Manage the loan and lease process for customers, including answering customer inquiries, developing, reviewing, and submitting financial product contracts, and following up on contract processing from outside entities • Analyze customer credit reports to determine if requested loan or lease is approved • Negotiate with outside entities and banking institutions to secure the best possible financing for customers • Calculate automotive financing options for customers • Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan and lease process • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and industry standards Requirements • At least 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the automotive industry • Knowledge of automotive financing systems and processes • Ability to understand and explain complex financing systems and procedures • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Ability to work flexible hours • Valid driver’s license • High school diploma or equivalent EEOC Statement Livermore Ford Lincoln Alfa Romeo is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
