WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Acting independently, produces high impact business/financial analyses and decision support to increase sales productivity, and execute planning and sales/financial performance assessment processes. Reviews various sales data, and provides division sales management with current performance assessments, trend analyses, recommended success metrics, and proposals to improve efficiency and productivity of the sales force.

Accountability:

  • Reviews sales objectives, analyzes data, understands sales process, and develops solutions in the areas of territory alignment, sales rep efficiency/productivity, expense management and manpower planning.

  • Analyzes revenue data by geography, account, product, and rep, evaluates performance, highlights key issues, and recommends areas of focus for improvement to sales management. Works with other sales functions, finance, and marketing to develop business solutions to key problems when necessary.

  • Consolidates monthly revenue forecast with follow-up as necessary.

  • Develops the SG&A forecast for the sales organization and provides direct input into the month end close process.

  • Develops hospital and payor-level revenue forecasts

  • Develops and measures field SPIFs in conjunction with Commercial Operations.

  • Evaluates referral mix and ongoing trends to highlight opportunities and risks to current business.

  • Analyzes and tracks monthly scorecard metrics.

  • Analyzes and reports sales and operational metrics associated with quarterly business programs and reviews

  • Prepares quarterly Commercial commission calculations and monthly draw

  • Develop reporting for revenue by clinic

  • Review VADWatch contracts

  • Ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

  • +5 years’ experience in Finance or finance related field, sales operations or business analyst equivalent.

  • Documented record of delivering reporting/business information that adds value to management's decision-making process.

  • Comprehensive verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Thorough working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as, Microsoft Office.

  • Preferred experience with PowerBI and PowerApps

  • Develop proficiency with SalesForce

The base pay for this position is $95,500.00 – $190,900.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
