FIP Operator Role

Shift:

6am-2:30pm

2pm-10:30pm

Pay - $20 to $25

Description:

The FIP Operator I is responsible for Operating a Cartesian robot to dispense a thin (1 mm) gasket on electronics housings while performing in-process inspections and meeting customer expectations. Support operation of machines

• Cleaning, trimming, clipping parts

• Staging and unboxing parts as needed

• Cleaning pumps and mixing equipment

• Installing pads, dowel pins and stamping parts

• Mix material

• Change out parts when machine is set up and stable.

• Run deburr tank in Machining department.

• Support processing Helicoils

• Ensure a clean and consistent production flow and excellent results

• Continually look for opportunities to improve the manufacturing process and department

• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.

• Adhere to all company Quality Management System policies and procedures
