Providing ethical, safe, and quality Physical Therapy services for patients per standard of practice set forth in the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Guide for Professional Conduct as well as the state of Montana Physical Therapy Examiners Rules and Statues.2. Producing timely and accurate documentation of all patient care sessions, including initial evaluations with plan of care, daily treatment notes, progress reports/updated plan of cares, and discharge summaries, within 2 business days of a treatment session.3. Sharing in the responsibility of weekend and holiday hospital coverage in a rotation with all other Staff Physical Therapists.4. Communicating with physicians and other healthcare practitioners regarding patient care and changes in patient status using appropriate communication outlets including but not limited to email, Cerner Message Center, phone, Cortext, and verbal discussion.5. Attending monthly staff meetings and other meetings as warranted by department manager.6. Actively participating in Performance and Process Improvement.7. Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants as directed by the state practice act.8. Assisting with maintaining a clean environment for patients and staff as needed.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:1.
