Our ideal candidate has clinical experience and exposure to pets of all sizes (mixed animal experience), and a strong focus on exceptional patient care with an understanding of the importance of client communication. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new skills. The veterinary industry is constantly changing and advancing- Livingston Animal Hospital encourages its staff to do the same. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary care team and provide great communication to our clients. Our next team member must be a bright, responsible, self-motivated individual who is in it for the animals and their owners. He or she must be comfortable with speaking to owners, providing and explaining charges, scheduling and excellent in-person and phone etiquette.
