Construction Superintendent / Concrete - Livonia, MI - JOB 25-00943 Salary Range: $95k - $110k Permanent Position with Benefits A Growing Concrete Construction Company seeks a Concrete Construction who has experience managing onsite construction activities while meeting project schedules, cost objectives, quality control, and safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must have a High School Diploma and or GED Certificate and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Supervisor in a Construction Company. • Concrete Construction experience is Preferred! • Candidate must have previous experience in management / supervision, ensuring that safety is always met and to maintain project schedules, managing assigned work load to meet project goals and complete projects within budgets. • Candidate is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors while supervising work crews of up to 100 people. • Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and critical thinking skills. • Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
