Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to lead the development and execution of best practices and continuous process improvement initiatives within our Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) operations. This role involves close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (such as CLR, HRSC, and Talent Development) and other key functions within Trinity Health (including Legal and TIS) to ensure seamless integration and execution of our national ETA strategy. The ideal candidate will provide functional expertise, uphold performance and service standards, and manage TA technology and policy programs. You will also support ETA partners and leaders by assembling candidate portfolios and assisting hiring leaders throughout the interview process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, Social Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field

  • Minimum of five (5) years progressively more responsible experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years of leading and managing people and projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Qualifications (Nice to have):

  • Experience in healthcare

  • Certification: SHRM, SHRM Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter
