Provide CAPA for the | | PIR's, FQR, and the problems related to the In-house Quality | | Profiles. Assist in the TWTTP/HERCA activities to resolve the related | | quality issues. Perform Quality Problem-Solving approach using 5QFZD, | | 4M1D, 5W1H, PDCA tools as specified in WCM. Assist & coordinate the | | Occurrence & Release based Kaizen improvements. Support to reduce the | | Quality Inspection costs by implementing the Poke-Yoke, Kaizen. | | Assist in the Process Quality Audits, operators cross-training, and | | skill matrix. Organize and manage the Standard Operating Procedures | | (SOP's) for the assembly process. Provide product feedback to design | | engineering teams to ensure manufacturability without compromising | | product function or performance. Ensure achievement of safety, | | quality, cost, timing & throughput targets on all projects. | | Coordinate with Quality Engineering  team and attend meetings related | | to process quality programs.
