A Contingent Opportunity to Join our Remarkable Care Team as a Respiratory Therapist in the Respiratory Care Department awaits YOU!!!!

SUMMARY:

The Respiratory Therapist renders professional respiratory care to patients within an assigned unit or floor within the hospital, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Orients patients to their treatments and develops measurable respiratory goals for each patient at their level of growth/development/age group and understanding. Assess, administers, monitors, evaluates aerosolized medication treatments to patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program required. Registered Respiratory Therapist required. Current Michigan Respiratory Therapist License required. BLS and ACLS required. Previous Respiratory experience preferred.
