Roto-Rooter has an amazing opportunity for a Restoration Sales Professional! Operating in *Livonia, MI and surrounding areas, *we are looking for an experienced sales individual to lead our thriving Water Restoration division.

NO cold calling or canvassing! Work 100% within our existing client base and have the opportunity to build a 100k+ career with a national leader in a recession-proof business!

YOUR Responsibilities will include:

• Promote our value-added commercial and residential services to our customers
• Frontline and first responder for our company
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
• Completing initial documentation
• Be the point of contact for the customer throughout the project
• Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer's satisfaction
• Fulfill sales quota
• Provide excellent customer service

Who do we want on our team?

• Sales experience preferably in the service, insurance, hospitality, or construction products industry
• IICRC Certification a plus
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record and can pass background check
