- Report to and work regularly with the Chief Architect and the Senior Director, Development and Information Technology to assist in moving forward defined architecture initiatives.
- Work cross-discipline in collaboration with leads for development, business analysts, quality analysts, and project management to better understand the needs of the clients and project teams.
- Analyze business requirements to lead effective code design solutions while overseeing the development process in collaboration with Lead Software Developers on assigned projects.
- Design and creation of project environment in Azure DevOps, including establishing standards for application development pipeline.
- Design data structure and database schemas meeting the needs of each assigned client implementation.
- Work with Lead Software Developers, as needed, on the design and development of complex system features and client-specific requirements, employing cutting-edge development techniques.
- Participate in Product Development activities, including base solution coding and scaffolding of feature areas for assigned projects.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with software architecture standards by providing feedback to Lead Software Developers on code reviews for complex, intricate features.
- Mentor and provide leadership to Lead and Senior Software Developers assigned to the project teams, offering guidance and support.
- Ensure software quality and adherence to best development practices throughout the project for Lead Software Developers under your supervision.
- Provide guidance and feedback to Lead Software Developers on source code management and collaborative software development tools to streamline team workflows.
- Participate with teams in conducting unit and integration testing, offering actionable feedback for optimal development prior to launch, while providing support for the Lead Software Developer supervising the team in functional and non-functional testing.
