ZF Active Safety US Inc. has several job openings for the position of Software Technical Lead (CSPR/PM) based out of its location in Livonia, MI.

*Job Duties: * Lead and coordinate software activities for complete software project; Act as intermediary between Software team members including: CSPR/Project Manager, development, test, and integration teams; Facilitate work breakdowns and provide effort estimations for resources, requirements, change requests, and incident reports; Negotiate baseline content and timing; Lead daily standups for integration and development team; Plan and allocate integration, test, and development teams work for sprints and baselines; Support development team with software analysis and prototypes as required; Lead defect management with impact analysis and risk assessments for incident reports as required; Work closely with team members to monitor project status, track external dependencies, and mitigate project risk; Support preparation and presentation of software artifacts (e.g., KPI's) for quality tollgates; Participate in key stakeholder meetings, technical reviews, and other meetings as necessary; and Identification and lead of more general work packages, e.g. definition of process updates and new methods, including introduction and roll-out in application projects. A hybrid (in-office and telecommute) work schedule is available.

*Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, plus 5 years of experience as a software developer, software engineer, software project lead or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, and demonstrated experience with: Automotive software development or system engineering; Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Embedded C programming; AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture (AUTOSAR); Software architecture for automotive ECUs; ASPICE standard (for process maturity compliance); IBM Rationale DOORS (for requirements management); CANalyzer; CANape; CANoe; CAPL Script; and Model based development such as M-script (MATLAB Scripts); MIL (Model in loop testing); SIL (Software in loop Testing); or Rhapsody UML.
