The Logistics Assistant will use data entry skills to input information into logistics software. This is a dynamic role assisting a variety of duties within dispatch, maintenance and management departments. We offer significant opportunities for growth and advancement, while working in a fast-paced office environment. Strong computer and data entry skills are key to this position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am 5pm

Logistics Assistant responsibilities will include: * Maintaining internal and external load tracking software * Conducting load appointing and scheduling * Updating customer freight portals based on load movements * Ensuring accuracy of load information in all systems * Engaging drivers through positive communication to ensure their needs are being met
