New Directions Youth and Family Services Residential Crisis Aide in Lockport, New York
Position Title: Residential Crisis Aide
The Residential Crisis Aide is part of a team responsible for creating and maintaining a therapeutic milieu for our youth, both in the cottage and in the school. This is achieved in part by the supervision of youth based on their individual needs and following their Individual Crisis Management Plan. Assisting youth with daily living, providing individual and group support. Facilitates opportunities for building and maintaining positive connections with family and/or resources. Ensuring the safety and welfare of all youth in care at New Directions.

Pay and benefits
120 hours of paid time off your first year, not including an additional 13 agency holidays.

$19.04/hr - $20.00/hr your first year. Additional raises guaranteed.
Consistent Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:00p schedule.

$250 bonus after 6 months.
Minimum Education and Skills
High school Diploma/GED(required).
Valid driver's license(required).
Must be able to build appropriate, respectful relationships with youth, guide their development, manage unit/cottage effectively, participate in overall treatment plan, and be able to exercise common sense and professional judgment.
