This position is one where the individual will disassemble heavy equipment(Bulldozers, Excavators, wheel Loaders, etc..)so we can extract parts that would be resold on the secondary market. The ideal individual should be a self-starter, capable of performing work with minimum supervision, capable of operating tools to disassemble the machines. This may include a torch and should be willing to learn those skills if having no experience with torching. Safety is paramount so the person should be able to work in an environment where they can assess and operate with minimum risk of injury. The work can be indoors or outdoors depending on where the equipment is staged to be worked on. The individual will work as part of a team so their inter-personal skills will be important as we are a small business which relies on everyone working together and understanding the importance of teamwork and sacrifice for others. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has mechanical skills but needs an environment to develop and enhance those skills. If the person does very well and shows the aptitude to progress to a mechanically skilled position, we would be supportive of that growth and reward.
