Rastelli’s is looking to hire individuals for the position of General Labor to join our growing team in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

Job Description

Duties:

  • Must be able to manually pack fresh and frozen products while tracking quantity to meet orders corresponding with orders. Understand the finished product and constantly perform visual inspections for quality.

  • Utilize RF Scanner.

  • Follow all standard operation procedures, company policies, and provincial and federal safety guidelines.

  • Other duties shall be assigned as required. Work effectively as a part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency.

  • Participate in training and cross-training and help co-workers as needed.

  • Follow all safety requirements, including housekeeping, LO/TO, Confined space, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and engage in facility safety efforts.

  • Participate in improving products and processes.

Preferred Skills:

Medium mixed manufacturing environment experience.

A High School Diploma is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • The job requires workers to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to step, climb, balance, kneel, bend, and reach above shoulders as needed.

  • Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment,

Job type: Full-time.

This facility runs 5 days a week, Monday through Friday

Shifts/Schedules:

7:00 am to 3:30 pm

7:30 am to 4:00 pm

3:45 pm to 12:15 am
