Rastelli’s is looking to hire a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our growing team in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

Job description:

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. Their duties include organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations, and documenting damage to inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Communication between all Rastelli Buildings

• Plan logistics to ensure sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments.

• Schedule inbound appointments.

• Sign-out drivers.

• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.

• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling

• Process inbound receipts, scan documents, and upload documents. (Net documents)

• Assist with all receiving needs.

• Report daily updates for the following shift.

• Order Entry

Skills:

• Basic computer skills.

• Microsoft experience and data entry experience.

• WMS system knowledge preferred.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Bilingual a plus not required.

This is a 1st shift position Monday -Friday 7:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m. with Overtime
