Job Responsibilities: Transporting children (Head Start) to and from center and to and from field trips as necessary; Maintain clean vehicle at all times and provide upkeep on bus; Supervise children while inside the bus; Maintain communication between parents and staff members; Complete minor repairs in and about assigned facility; Obey all federal, state, and local driving regulations; Assist educational staff with daily cleaning of assigned facility; Maintain playgrounds, including grass cutting, removal of debris, hosing down sidewalks and steps. __ Requirements: Successful candidate will preferably possess at minimum: High School Diploma or GED, Commercial Drivers License preferred or willing to receive Commercial Drivers License; Candidate must complete initial physical exam with periodic physicals thereafter, submit to criminal record check and DHHR Protective Services check, along with a DMV check.
